Threatened Dreams Quest - Missing NPCs

 Hello,

Yesterday i wanted to do the Threatened Dreams Quest but I couldn't find the first NPC Alkestios. I also didn't find Maelyrra on Feyrist. Do this NPCs don't exist on Gunzodus? (Quest can't be done?)

And are there other quests in which NPCs are missed?

 Already answered you in-game at help channel like four times that this quest was disabled until further news, that will be posted on the news ticker.

 You're welcome. First NPC Alkestios is on the map already and the transcripts are working now but the other parts are still being reworked/added.
Will post solution for that soon
