Any NPC temple gives adventurers stone, in case we need one, we need to take it from floor which is random or create new character... Rotem Valos npc should make promotion too. Shop in Liberty Bay are not Protecting zones and the should. |

Actually you can get an adenturer's stone in thais temple. Simply go and talk to him like hi->adventurer's stone-> yes. Tested it and it works | ||
