Rules

1. Pretending to be part of Staff

a) It is forbidden to pretend to be a representative of Gunzodus staff, claiming to have their legitimation or power.
Result: 2 days banishment, up to permanent banishment.

b) It is illegal to spread wrong or misleading info about the server situation, on chats, reports and so on, refering to GM.
Result: 5 day banishment.

c) Speaking disrespectly with any staff member in public or private chats is prohibited.
Result: 2 day banishment

d) Making false reports, due to personal conflicts, in order to humilitate or to interrupt somebody’s else game, without actual rule violation is proscribed.
Result: 2 day banishment

2. Bug Abuse

a) It is forbidden to use any server bugs, to gain advantage over other players. Bugs should be reported immediately upon finding.
Result: 5 day banishment or permanent banishment depending on abuse level

b) Using bugs, that can have a significant influence on the server state is strictly prohibited.
Result: Permanent banishment

3. Illegal trades

a) It is illegal to buy/sell in-game money/items/characters for real money/crypto or any other currency bypassing the server's market or auction character system functions. Item exchanges between other open-Tibia servers may also be considered a violation of the advertising rules.
Result: Permanent banishment on all accounts/characters

4. Multiclient / VPN

a) It is forbidden to block respawns, by blocking the entrance with one character, and hunting on the blocked spawn with the other character.
Result: 2 days banishment

b) Using multiple character just to block depot spots, and therefore making the game harder for others is out of bounds.
Result: 2 days banishment

c) It is prohibited to use multiple clients together in any case, hunting, healing, blocking, and so on (they have to be far from each other).
There is only one exception in this rule, exercise training on house dummies is allowed.
Result: 2 days banishment on every character logged in from IP address.

d) Using any amount of multi clients in a PVP situation or RS traps on Mcs is considered a MC abuse.
Result: 2 day banishment

e) It is legal to use up to 4 multi clients per person. It means you are not allowed to use VPN or other service to increase this limit.
Overrun this number with any count is prohibited.
Result: 2-5 days banishment

f) VPN/VPS usage is accepted only for its original purpose which are privacy and security concerns.

g) Excessive usage of VPN or other service to increase limit of MCs is considered illegal as well as using VPN or VPS to run botfarms and gain advantage in game over other players.
Result: 1 month - permanent banishment

h) It is illegal to run botfarms only for purpose of gaining gold and trading it out of the game for real money or other virtual goods. It is legal to trade for other virtual goods just for the needs of your character.
Result: Permanent banishment of all characters

5. Violations of chat rules

a) Racist and inconvenient comments about any culture or religion, making fun of other countries on public chats is also inappropiate.
Result: 1-24 Hours banishment

b) Spamming, so repeating one text over and over, on multiple chats or relogging on other accounts is illegal.
Result: 1-24 Hours banishment

c) It is prohibited to advertise any other server, by posting links, calling players to move to other servers or anything that looks like a commercial to other games.
Result: Permanent banishment

d) Help channel is an international channel, so we would appreciate if it was kept in English Language.
Result: 1-24 Hours banishment

6. Destructive behaviour

a) Destroying server morale and any damage to the server reputation is strictly forbidden.
Result: 2 days banishment

Disturbing gameplay:

a) creation, and usage of any characters only to block entrances of caves/hunts/frequently used places on the game maps, just to disturb other players' gameplay.
Result: 2 days banishment

7. Casinos

a) Hosting multiple casinos, on Mcs is illegal, means only one is available at the same time and only possible to be used in Yalahar Depot.
Result: 2 day banishment

b) Private casinos are only allowed in yalahar
c) It is prohibited to use any own random number calculation for running casino.
Result: Permanent banishment

8. Houses

a) Forbidden to keep houses for sale on characters called "house holders" Means holding many houses with many characters (checkable by IP).
Result: Removement of house, banishment of account/character 14 days.

9. Market Bot

a) Forbidden to use any kind of 3rd party programs on our in-game market for any trades.
Result: Permanent banishment

10. Follow Botting

a) Forbidden to hunt together on bot on "follow mode" may be also known as "navi" botting. Separating characters from follow mode on the same hunt spot won't be tolerated either.

b) AFK botting in PARTY isn't allowed either. There were scenarios where 10 players set the bot on the best hunting grounds in-game while only one brought many creatures to them and their bot automatically killed everything.               

This scenario is not allowed on our servers. We reserve the right to remove experience points from any characters that gained them through abuse of this advantage.

Result: 2 days banishment

11. Dungeon Botting

a) Forbidden to bot in any dungeon in-game, new dungeons can be found usually near entrances of hunting spots, they are entered throught teleport, and they always have a sign in-game with a WARNING sign.



Result: 2 days banishment


Frequently breaking any rule above may result in deletion of all associated accounts of person that broke the rules.
